• With many real estate transactions closing late, or not at all in this market, I close 98% of my transactions on time, and I take care of details, so my clients, buyers and sellers, can relax! I am an honest, ethical, dependable REALTOR, and a trained negotiator and strategic communicator. For a quicker sale and higher realized sale price, I work with my sellers to stage their properties, using many of the principles found in Feng Shui.
• I am committed to helping people fulfill their dream of owning a home and helping them grow their retirement by investing in real estate. I've personally experienced designing and building, renovating "fixer uppers," and owning and managing income property.
• I am a tried and true Badger! Frank Lloyd Wright and I share the same birthplace--the beautiful, rolling, hill country of Richland Center, Wisconsin. For the past 35 years, I've called downtown Madison, Fitchburg, and Dane County home; I love them all!
• I studied, worked and taught at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earning my MA in marketing, business management, public relations and the environment, and my BS in communications. I've been recognized for the quality and ingenuity of my work and my ability to build teams with widely-diverse groups of people. My clients find me to be a great resource!
• I bring to First Weber many years of experience working in economic development, downtown revitalization, and community and environmental resources (particularly water quality and soil remediation) for Madison, the surrounding cities and villages of Dane County, and Wisconsin. I've also committed a great deal of time working with the mentally and physically challenged.
• Jason and Lisa, my son and daughter, flourished in Madison's public schools. Lisa graduated summa cum laude and is a USDA Plant Geneticist improving growth strength in soybeans. Jason is researching lung cancer in women, not related to smoking, for his Ph.D. in toxicology after proudly serving 5 years as a US Marine. Semper Fi!
• I am an avid ballroom dancer, theater goer, gourmet cook, gardener, golfer, and enjoyer of antique stores, art fairs, Concerts on the Square, and the farmers' market.
